Acitivty Block

I'm new to simulation. I noticed that an activity block allows you to have simultaneous items processing. What is the difference between this and creating multiple activity blocks processing a single item at a time?

There's no real behavioral difference between different Activity blocks and a single Activity with a multiple capacity. However, you will get aggregated vs. individual statistics.
