AddSoft's core business is importing, distributing, and supporting off-the-shelf technical software tools considered 'the standard' within their market segment. AddSoft was formed in 1997 and since its creation, has distributed and supported ExtendSim in Australia.

The Company has always been committed to superior customer service and technical support. In 2000, AddSoft further expanded its support role by providing a formal 3-day ExtendSim training course to its customers. Scheduled ExtendSim Public courses have been offered since 2001 and, when requested, training is taken to the customer on-site.

Partnering with 15-year ExtendSim veteran Lynn Scheurman, their portfolio includes simulations of large job-shop, manufacturing, and supply chain processes for a wide range of corporate clients. James' block development background includes a custom supply chain library and data architecture that is used by a number of other ExtendSim modelers. Lynn’s development efforts date back to ExtendSim v3, with expertise in the wood products and defense industries, plus contributions he made to the recent v7 release warranted a rare acknowledgement in the user manual. This team has a proven knack for designing well organized and understandable models, and their efficient services are available at freelance rates.

ExtendSim VAR, Mathemas Ordinate, hosts public authorized Essential ExtendSim training at various times throughout the year.

Registration is now open for Essential ExtendSim training to be held September 1 to 3, 2010 at the Olympia Hotel in Kiel-Schilksee on the Baltic Sea. Training will be in English using the same training materials as the Imagine That Inc. courses and will be led by Carsten Hermann of Mathemas Ordinate. Cost is 1.195 Euro plus applicable VAT. Please bring your laptop, if possible.

Robin Clark is the founder of the Quantitative Modeling & Training Group (QMT) which offers basic to advanced simulation courses as well as coaching services.

In addition to offering onsite courses, QMT also offers One-On-One courses. QMT's One-On-One course is for the student who has already started using ExtendSim and is familiar with some of the features of the software. The introductory training content is skipped and more in-depth material is included and applied to the student's own model. The student must have a model they are currently working on in order to apply the new concepts they will learn.
