Following are the accepted methods of payment for Imagine That Inc. invoices.

		Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Please supply credit card number, card's security code (3- or 4-digit security code), expiration date, and cardholder name.
		Purchase Order (USA and Canada only; on approved credit).
		Check (bank draft) in advance drawn on a USA-affiliated bank, in US$. SEND TO IMAGINE THAT INC. DO NOT SEND DIRECTLY TO THE BANK.

For all payees outside the United States

Payment for your order is to be made in US dollars and must be made before we can ship the product. Payment must include cost of the product and shipping to your location. (See Pricing & Ordering for full cost details or contact sales@extendsim.com for a quote.) YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for paying all duties and taxes. Wire transfers are NOT accepted.

Return policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment.

		Package must be unopened.
		Request an RMA number from Imagine That Inc. or your ExtendSim Distributor prior to return.
		A 15% restocking fee applies. No refunds on shipping fees.

Limited warranty on media only

Imagine That! warrants the CD on which the Software is recorded to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for 30 days after the date
of initial delivery. During the 30-day period, you may return the CD to Imagine That! and it will be replaced, without charge, with other media containing the Software. Such replacement of the CD is your SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY in the event of a defect.
