ExtendSim 7.0.6a was released November 14, 2009. If you
are using an earlier release of ExtendSim 7, download
a patch file to update to 7.0.6a. Read about enhancements in
this update.
Note: The only change from 7.0.6 to 7.0.6a
was made to the Rate library. If you had already updated
to ExtendSim 7.0.6 which was released November 2, 2009, you
only need to upgrade to 7.0.6a if you are using the Rate
library (in ExtendSim AT or ExtendSim Suite).

ExtendSim based simulation model has been awarded this year's
prestigious ARLOG (The Logistics Management Association of
Argentina) award for excellence in logistics management. The
winning model simulates the transportation of
cereals, oils, and other products by an Argentinean railway
company to the ports of Bahía
Blanca and Rosario from plants in the Argentinean
humid pampas. The award is granted bi-annually to projects
that deepen and promote the development of and innovation
of best practices in logistical administration.
