Some downloadable files (eg. Extend Demo, Player, etc.) on the Imagine That! web site are stored in protected folders. To gain access to these folders, you are required to submit a form. However, if you are using Norton, ZoneAlarm, or other firewalls, your system may not authorize access to the patch files and you will be forwarded to our home page. You can choose to temporarily lower the settings or disable your firewall. To temporarily disable your Windows XP Internet Connection Firewall:

First, log onto your computer as Computer Administrator.
Open Network Connections. (Click Start. Point to Settings. Click Control Panel. Then, double-click Network Connections.)
Click the Dial-up, LAN, or High-Speed Internet Connection that you want to protect.
Under Network Tasks (on the left side of the window), click Change Settings of this Connection.
Go to the Advanced tab.
To disable Internet Connection Firewall, clear the Protect My Computer and Network by limiting or preventing access to this computer from the Internet checkbox.

Don't forget to reactivate your firewall after downloading your files.
