ExtendSim Research Grant Application

Apply for a Research Grant

Students working towards an advanced degree may apply for a Research Grant to use a full version of ExtendSim for their research project at no cost (we do ask you pay for shipping charges).

Under the Grant, Imagine That Inc. subsidizes a portion of the research by donating a full version of ExtendSim for use by the student during the term of the project. In exchange, the student provides a description of the research and quarterly updates throughout the term of the project. At the end of the research, all findings and the ExtendSim model formulated are posted on the Imagine That Inc. web site and the student may continue to use the ExtendSim license granted to them.

Simply provide a description of the proposed innovative research project. Should the application be accepted, the student will be asked to update us quarterly throughout the term of the project. In exchange, we will continue to provide the latest version of ExtendSim until the agreed upon end date of the research. Upon project completion, the student may continue to use the ExtendSim license granted, but will be asked to pay for future upgrades. We will post the final paper and the ExtendSim model created on our web site.

Grants will only be awarded and continued for education-based applications. Imagine That Inc. reserves the right to post non-classified information and screen shots in our marketing materials.

By clicking "Apply", if approved for an ExtendSim Research Grant, you agree to pay for shipping costs of the software and provide Imagine That Inc. with quarterly status updates on your research project. Upon project completion, you may keep the ExtendSim license granted to you if you have provided us with the requested updates and allow ITI to use your research findings.
