Apply for a Research Grant

Students working towards an advanced degree may apply for a Research Grant to use a full version of ExtendSim for their research project.

Under the Grant, Imagine That Inc. subsidizes a portion of the research by donating a full version of ExtendSim for use by the student during the term of the project. In exchange, the student provides a description of the research and quarterly updates throughout the term of the project. At the end of the research, all findings (ie. papers, projects, etc.) and the ExtendSim model formulated must be submitted to Imagine That Inc. for inclusion on our web site. If all requirements are met, the student may continue to use the ExtendSim license granted to them even after the term of the Grant has expired.

To apply for a Grant, simply provide a description of your proposed innovative research project. Should the application be accepted, the student will be asked to update us quarterly throughout the term of the project. In exchange, we will continue to provide the latest version of ExtendSim until the agreed upon end date of the research. Upon project completion (if all requirements are met), the student may continue to use the ExtendSim license granted, but will be asked to pay for future upgrades. We will post the final paper and the ExtendSim model created on our web site.

Grants will only be awarded and continued for education-based applications. Imagine That Inc. reserves the right to post non-classified information and screen shots in our marketing materials.
